The "Inclusive Teaching Toolkit" is designed for CalArts faculty and others who teach within and/or outside of the Institute. Across these pages you will find resources related to anti-racist education practices (including faculty hiring practices) as well as a range of other inclusive strategies, approaches, and considerations for the classroom, some of which can be applied broadly and some which are specific to certain communities. The last section of the Toolkit features numerous professional development and continuing education opportunities which reinforce inclusive and culturally responsive pedagogies.
