The List of Open Access Music Journals (LOAMJ) was created to provide a single, comprehensive list of open access journals focusing on music. It now comprises a database of peer-reviewed academic journals and an additional supplemental list focusing on journalism, criticism, and interviews, and containing several other resources, including the newsletters of scholarly societies, specialized magazines on musical topics, blogs, and personal websites containing significant scholarly material.
