Public Visitors

In order to create an artistic and learning environment that is as safe as possible, General Visitors (such as prospective students and their families, event and exhibition participants, audiences and others) are asked to be vaccinated before coming on campus. General Visitors are also asked to check in when arriving on campus, obtain and wear a visitor badge, and wear a mask at all times.

After entering campus, General Visitors should use the main (Blue Wall) entrance, and check in through the Visitor Check-In system at the lobby.  The Visitor Check-In system will ask guests about their vaccination status, and if they currently have any COVID-related symptoms. Visitor badges will be available at the lobby desk, and guests should wear badges in a visible location at all times while on campus.

Public patrons (Alumni, SCILNET)

Residents of Santa Clarita or students at College of the Canyons or Master’s College may borrow materials on a one-time basis by obtaining a SCILNET (Santa Clarita Inter Library Network) card from a branch of the City of Santa Clarita Public Library or their college library.

CalArts alumni may borrow materials provided they have paid a one time non-refundable $100 library use fee.  Alumni forms may be found at the library circulation desk or complete and print the pdf form before coming to campus.
