If your document submission is an Artist Book, or contains a work that cannot be bound, you will still be submitting a bindable description/representation of your work as part of your thesis project. The non-bindable work will go into the CalArts Library’s Artist Book Collection for preservation, and the bound thesis/work sample(s) will serve as an access copy. Please see the appropriate Formatting + Printing guidelines/pages (on the left-hand side menu of this page) for further details.
NOTE: If your documents/files are too large to submit electronically, you may submit your electronic copy on a CD/DVD or another appropriate media storage format. File-sharing services such as Google Drive or Dropbox are also encouraged, when/if possible. Email email@example.com with questions.
