To place personal media on Reserve, contact Film Services Circulation. For Library media, submit a Film Services Media Reservation Request Form.
Faculty must sign a TA Authorization form designating TAs each semester. TAs may schedule and check out media and A/V carts for their faculty. Faculty are responsible for all items checked out by their TAs.
