Items will be placed on Reserve two weeks prior to the screening date, and will remain on Reserve two weeks after the screening unless otherwise arranged with Film Services Manager. To place personal media on Reserve, contact Film Services Circulation. For Library media, submit a Film Services Media Reservation Request Form.

Faculty must sign a TA Authorization form designating TAs each semester. TAs may schedule and check out media and A/V carts for their faculty. Faculty are responsible for all items checked out by their TAs.
